Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number(s), when available. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to begin updating after dispatch.

Multiple packages

Because SCENTFY fulfills orders from multiple locations, your order may be shipped in more than one package. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries may arrive on different days.

Where to find your tracking information

  • Check the shipping confirmation email sent after dispatch
  • Log into your customer account (if available) and view your order details

Tracking not updating?

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 72 hours, please contact our support team and include your order number.
